Advance Shipments

Additional Advance Shipment Information

Shipments should arrive between Monday, January 5, 2026 and Friday, February 6, 2026

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, February 6, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight.

Please print the advanced shipment labels by clicking on that option under the material handling tab at the top of this page.

Carrier should call ABF/ARCBest at 407-295-1331 to schedule delivery date and time if the delivery  will fall out of the normal delivery hours. Normal delivery hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm, except on holidays.

Freight handled before 8am or after 4pm on weekdays and any time on Saturday, Sunday or a holidy will be charged additional handling fees.

Be sure to pay for material handling in advance to keep a delay from your items being delivered to your space. Items will be held until payment is made or a credit card is saved on file. You can enter your card information securely on this site and save for future use.

Direct Shipments

Additional Direct Shipment Information

Direct shipments will be accepted on Wednesday, February 11, 2026

Shipment receiving hours are on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 and Thursday, February 12, 2026 from 8am to 4pm and Friday, February 13, 2026 from 7am to 9am. 

All shipments received outside of these dates and hours will be subject to additional service fees and charges.
