Advance Shipments

Additional Advance Shipment Information

Shipments should arrive between Monday, March 23, 2026 and Friday, April 24, 2026

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, April 24, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight.

Please print the advanced shipment labels by clicking on that option under the material handling tab at the top of this page.

Carrier should call ABF/ARCBest at 865-330-9617 to schedule delivery date and time if the delivery  will fall out of the normal delivery hours. Normal delivery hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm, except on holidays.

Freight handled before 8am or after 4pm on weekdays and any time on Saturday, Sunday or a holidy will be charged additional handling fees.

Be sure to pay for material handling in advance to keep a delay from your items being delivered to your space. Items will be held until payment is made or a credit card is saved on file. You can enter your card information securely on this site and save for future use.

ONLY Dry goods may be sent to the advanced warehouse, perishable items will not be accepted. Perishable items can be shipped directly to show site arriving no earlier than Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

Direct shipments will be accepted on Tuesday, April 28, 2026

Shipment receiving hours are on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 and Wednesday, April 29, 2026 from 8am to 4pm.

All shipments received outside of these dates and hours will be subject to additional service fees and charges.
