Shipments should arrive between Monday, April 13, 2026 and Friday, May 15, 2026
Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, May 15, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight.

Carrier should call SCS at 813-628-8301 to schedule delivery date and time if the delivery will fall out of the normal delivery hours. Normal delivery hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm, except on holidays.
Freight handled before 8am or after 4pm on weekdays and any time on Saturday, Sunday or a holidy will be charged additional handling fees.
Be sure to pay for material handling in advance to keep a delay from your items being delivered to your space. Items will be held until payment is made or a credit card is saved on file. You can enter your card information securely on this site and save for future use.

Shipment receiving hours are Monday, May 18, 2026, 8am to 4pm.
All shipments received outside of these dates and hours will be subject to additional service fees and charges.
