Advance Shipments

Additional Advance Shipment Information

Shipments should arrive between Monday, June 29, 2026 and Tuesday, July 28, 2026

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Tuesday, July 28, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight.

Please print the advanced shipment labels by clicking on that option under the material handling tab at the top of this page.

Carrier should call SCS at 813-628-8301 to schedule delivery date and time if the delivery  will fall out of the normal delivery hours. Normal delivery hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm, except on holidays.

Freight handled before 8am or after 4pm on weekdays and any time on Saturday, Sunday or a holidy will be charged additional handling fees.

Be sure to pay for material handling in advance to keep a delay from your items being delivered to your space. Items will be held until payment is made or a credit card is saved on file. You can enter your card information securely on this site and save for future use.

Direct Shipments

Additional Direct Shipment Information

Direct shipments will be accepted on Thursday, July 30, 2026

Shipment receiving hours are Thursday, July 20th, 8am to 4pm and Friday, July 31st 8am to 11am.

All shipments received outside of these dates and hours will be subject to additional service fees and charges.
