Advance Shipment Information

Shipments should arrive between Monday, October 12, 2026 and Monday, November 9, 2026.

Shipments arriving after Monday, November 9, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before the show opens. Additional expedited trucking and freight handling charges may apply.

Shipments arriving before Monday, October 12, 2026 will be refused.

Print the advance shipment labels by selecting that option under the Material Handling tab at the top of this page.

Carriers should call ABF at 813-628-626-5114 to schedule a delivery date and time if delivery will fall outside normal receiving hours. Normal receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, excluding holidays.

Freight handled before 8:00 am or after 4:00 pm on weekdays, or at any time on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, will be subject to additional handling fees.

Material handling should be paid in advance to prevent delays in delivery to your booth. Items will be held until payment is received or a credit card is securely saved on file.
