Advance Shipment Information

Shipments should arrive between Monday, September 28, 2026 and Wednesday, October 28, 2026.

Shipments arriving after Wednesday, October 28, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before the show opens. Additional expedited trucking and freight handling charges may apply.

Print the advance shipment labels by selecting that option under the Material Handling tab at the top of this page.

Carriers should call ABF/ArcBest at 813-628-5114 to schedule a delivery date and time if delivery will fall outside normal receiving hours. Normal receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, excluding holidays.

Freight handled before 8:00 am or after 4:00 pm on weekdays, or at any time on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, will be subject to additional handling fees.

Material handling should be paid in advance to prevent delays in delivery to your booth. Items will be held until payment is received or a credit card is securely saved on file.

Direct shipments will be accepted beginning Sunday, November 1, 2026.

Shipment receiving hours are Sunday, November 1, 2026, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Monday, November 2, 2026, from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.

Shipments received outside the approved dates and hours will be subject to additional service fees and charges.
