Shipments should arrive between Monday, June 15, 2026 and Friday, July 10, 2026
Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, July 10, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight.

Carrier should call SCS at 813-628-8301 to schedule delivery date and time if the delivery will fall out of the normal delivery hours. Normal delivery hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm, except on holidays.
Freight handled before 8am or after 4pm on weekdays and any time on Saturday, Sunday or a holidy will be charged additional handling fees.
Be sure to pay for material handling in advance to keep a delay from your items being delivered to your space. Items will be held until payment is made or a credit card is saved on file. You can enter your card information securely on this site and save for future use.

Direct shipments will be accepted on Thursday, July 16, 2026
Shipment receiving hours Thursday, July 17, 2025 and Friday, July 18, 2025 from 8am to 2pm.
All shipments received outside of these dates and hours will be subject to additional service fees and charges.
